Overview
This module is perfectly suited to implementing sound control to your project. This sound detection module can detect noise and produce an analog output signal that can be used to trigger a switch like response. This allows you to replace mechanical switches that have been holding back your project with something a little less noisy or to start a long term sound level monitoring system.
The onboard potentiometer allows you to adjust sensitivity to account for a project's ambient noise.
As a simple module it will suit installation within a wide range of projects based on microcontrollers such as Arduino boards and the Raspberry Pi. The module has an M3 mounting hole allowing for its easy attachment to a multitude of surfaces. The module also includes a 20cm 3-wire cable.
