Smart recording function automatically adjusts the video resolution to optimise the recording efficiency. Supports SATA drives (surveillance grade HDD) up to 2x 4TB = 8TB total (sold separately). USB interface allows connection to external array for even greater storage. Recording can be continuous, manually activated or triggered by an event - such as motion detection (requires IP cameras to be equipped with this feature). Includes power supply."
