  • I have both this screen and an Arduino Mega and Uno. I am wondering if you know how I could connect it to the Arduino as I believe from there I can work with the driver and figure something out.

This screen is not really designed to be easily hooked up to Arduino boards (it's in our product range because we use this as a component inside our Redback matrix mixers) You would find it much easier to work with something that has an SPI interface and an existing library like the one found on this page: https://learn.adafruit.com/adafruit-2-dot-8-color-tft-touchscreen-breakout-v2/spi-wiring The pinouts are listed on the datasheet download should you want to give it a go.
