Overview

This programmable remote control mains switch is perfect for switching lights on and off when you go on holidays. It can be used with more than one mains switch and one program can last for up to 255 hours. This kit is safe to construct as there are no mains connections to wire up as is all contained within the supplied remote mains outlet. The kit includes Jiffy box with a drilled, screen-printed front panel and a fully assembled remote controlled mains outlet (as seen in Silicon Chip Magazine November ‘14).

Requires 1 x 9V and 2 x AAA batteries (sold separately)

This product is supplied in component form and requires soldering, drilling, and assembly. We recommend users are familiar with at least basic electronic principles and have the ability to solder.
