Overview

This heat shrink is a shrinkable plastic tube used to insulate wires, providing abrasion resistance and environmental protection for stranded and solid wire conductors, connections, joints and terminals in electrical work. Our military grade flexible tubing is suitable for insulation, colour coding, strain relief and protection in electrical and electronic applications. Continuous temperature rating is -55°C to 135°C and up to 300°C for short durations. The shrink ratio is 2:1 and the tubing meets stringent requirements of MIL-I-23053/5 class one.

Nominal Ø: 3mm (4.5mm across when flattened)
Ø when shrunk: 1.5mm

We offer 12 Months warranty on this product from its date of purchase. This is available from Altronics stores, online purchases or Altronics resellers. In accordance with our full warranty terms we will repair, replace or refund if goods you have purchased from us are defective.
