COVID-19 Operations Update
April 1st 2020.
A message to our valued customers
COVID-19 is presenting all of us with an unprecedented challenge and we are having to adjust our operations to take into account the measures put in place by our government and medical experts.
At this stage our stores are all open for business to the general public. Wholesale trade counters are still in operation in all states. We are asking customers to make an effort with hygiene habits and social distancing to keep our staff and our valued customers safe and healthy.
We will always co-operate with local authorities to ensure our business remains within the official guidance. Our stores are regularly cleaned and commonly touched surfaces are being wiped down regularly throughout the day. We have also asked that stores keep their front doors open where possible to reduce possible contact surfaces. We also ask that you help protect our staff members by utilising contactless payment by card wherever possible.
Please also bear in mind that at our busier locations we may have to implement a restricted number of customers in the store at a time. Currently we have not had to implement this policy however this may change in the future, especially if guidance from government changes.
We ask that customers please read and follow any in-store signage regarding this important issue and thank everybody for being patient and providing feedback to us.
