We use Border Express within Australia to deliver road deliveries. An expected delivery time and tracking information is available at their website using the links below.

Basic Track & Trace information is available on the Border Express home page as well. It can be accessed by anyone, via either consignment note or reference numbers.

Road Express (Australia Only)

Allow 7 to 10 days for receipt of your order. This service is unable to deliver to P.O. boxes or building sites.

Approximately 3 to 8 days delivery time. Please refer to your Australia Post website for delivery times for goods sent via standard Australia Post service. Items over 500grams will be shipped via courier services instead of Australia Post, as this is more economical.

If you elected to use our Air Express Service, your goods will be shipped via StarTrack's air service and generally be delivered between 1 and 3 days. This service is unable to deliver to P.O. boxes and building sites. This service is subject to cubic size limitations.

Collection of your goods directly from our store is possible typcially within 2 hours after the order has been processed by our sales team. Please understand our stock levels are an approximate indication only. We strongly recommend to call ahead to avoid disappointment.

We ship around the globe to most countries. To get an indicative price for freight to your country, simply add an item to the basket, visit the basket screen and select "International" in the delivery method section. Choose your country from the dropdown and the choice of courier service. The basket will then update, showing the indicative price for international freight. All freight prices are shown in Australian Dollars and are approximate values based on dead weight which may change upon packing the consignment.
